Start of use

  • ANNUAL/PREMIUM and ANNUAL/STANDARD plans
    Service valid for one year from registration date, effective immediately after completion of registration.

    * Credit Card (with auto-renewal)" for the ANNUAL/PREMIUM plan and the ANNUAL/STANDARD plan will be automatically extended for 1 year if you do not cancel the membership before the refresh date.

    * If you use ANNUAL/PREMIUM or ANNUAL/STANDARD plan with "Credit Card (no auto-renewal)", "d payment", "au simple payment", "Softbank Collective Payment", or "UnionPay", the subscription will not be automatically renewed. If you wish to continue your subscription, please make sure to do so.

  • MONTHLY plan
    As soon as the enrollment procedure is completed, you can use the service for one month from the date of enrollment.

    * If you do not withdraw within the expiration date, it will be automatically extended for one month.

Refund after payment procedure

Due to the nature of the digital content service, refunds cannot be accepted after the payment procedure is completed.
